Also, we specialize in our areas of outdoor lighting installation: Landscape Lighting, Architectural Lighting, Bistro Lighting, and Permanent Holiday Lighting. Our focus allows us to be extremely fine tuned, bringing you the best possible outcome amongst our competitors. With us, you get what you pay for, and then some - our reviews do the talking!
  • What is the process like, from start to finish?
    We make it easy, from start to finish: We come to your property to build, design, and create an estimate in one day. Once agreed, the first half of the payment is collected. Start date is typically 3 weeks following first payment collection. Service is provided, usually completed in one day (depending on project size). We teach you how to control your lighting system. The second half of payment is collected. You are done!
  • How do I control my lighting system?
    Every type of system we install can be controlled right on your phone. The integrated apps allow you to adjust on/off times, zones, brightness, and even color when applicable. You also have the ability to manage your lighting system away from home!
  • What about our harsh winters?
    We chose top quality products, and know first hand that they can shine right on through our toughest winter conditions. Rest assured that not only will your system be robust, but most products come with a 1-3 year manufactures warranty.
  • How much does all of this cost?
    A tough question to answer! Each service varies, with the bistro being the most affordable. If you're curious, schedule a risk free estimate with us today.
  • What if I change my mind?
    We understand that circumstances change, and you may change your mind. If you decide that it's not the right time (before installation), you will receive your money back, minus a 5% cancelation fee. There will be no refunds on projects post installation - assuming the install matches the agreed design.
  • How does the payment work?
    We do have financing options available, but typically: We come to your property to build, design, and create an estimate in one day. Once agreed, the first half of the payment is collected.   • What happens if something fails?
    Don't worry - everything we offer comes with a 1 - 3 year manufacturers warranty, as well as a 1 year labor warranty. Occasionally, these things happen, but we make sure you're back up and running as soon as possible.
  • How do I get my system fixed if something fails?
    Simply email, call, or text us with the issue, and we will correspond with a solution promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will come to you and make the situation right again. As our customer, you don't have to worry about a service fee on these types of issues (product/labor warranty issues/failures).
  • Do service calls cost me?
    Depending on the issue, it can. If the issue is under warranty, we will resolve the issue at no charge. If the issue is related to user damage, or something not covered under warranty, you will be subject to a $30/hour service fee, with a minimum of $30.
  • I have an issue with the control apps?
    Our role in your lighting system is focused on the design and installation expertise portion. Upon installation, we will help you familiarize yourself with the control apps for your lighting system. We will do our best to help resolve any issue or confusion with the control apps remotely. However, if issues arise, and to avoid a service fee, we recommend being resourceful when it comes to configuration inquiries.
